Jon Parks

President/CEO

Born in Memphis TN Jon Parks started his first company VIP Photography in 1988 just out of high school. He was a full-time photographer until 1998. As photography moved in the digital world his skills became more adapted to working with computers instead of cameras and film. In 1997 Jon founded PC Doctor and slowly transformed from photographer to computer technician. Jon is a member of the FBI’s Infragard Team for Cyber Security, Co-author of the book The How to guide for Pain-Free computing and maintains certifications in A+, Net+ MCSE, MCT, and Cisco Unified Communication.


Trey Tillman

Trey Tillman, Senior Engineer

Trey has always had a love for the sciences from an early age. As a kid, he was always taking things apart to see how they work. In high school, he was part of an academic engineering team, where his knowledge of mechanical and electrical technology provided a scholarship to University of Memphis for electrical engineering. Working at U of M computer services he changed his major to computer science. After college, he worked for Bellsouth, Time Warner, and EFT National Bank supporting enterprise networks. He has been a Senior Engineer for PC Doctor for 8 years now. In his personal life, he enjoys robotics, electronics, visual effects, the outdoors, travel, and music.


Travis Farris

Engineer

Travis has been driven by technology since a child. His parents purchased his first computer at age 7. From there, his love of technology accelerated. Throughout high school, Travis was called on by family and friends to fix their PC issues. This is still true to this day. After high school, he went on to study electrical engineering and mathematics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His certifications include A+ certification for PC repair. He’s been in the IT field professionally for 65 years. Travis’s hobbies include studying sciences, technology, human anatomy, health, herbs, reading, and sports.


Thomas Metz

Technician

As a Field Technician, Thomas maintains a rigorous schedule servicing our customers in the field. Prior to joining the PC Doctor team, he worked for Dell Computers as a Field Service Technician and Break/Fix Technician. He is certified in multiple fields of the computer/technology industries and has multiple college degrees in the related field. Thomas also has over 35+ years in the computer industry. Some of his hobbies include woodworking, animatronics, and antiquing.


Sarah Brennan

Marketing Assistant

Sarah is a Hernando High & Delta State University graduate. Here at PC Doctor Sarah assists in planning, scheduling and implementing follow up phone calls and reporting on various marketing systems. Sarah also is responsible for implementing all marketing communications for improving our lead generation and lead conversion systems. Sarah is a member of the Internet Marketing Association as well as Mu Phi Epsilon Music fraternity. In her free time, Sarah is an active member of the Midsouth Music Institute where she performs with the Mississippi River Chorale and she also enjoys watching her son’s Taekwondo practices.
